What products are included in the Mid Year sale?

Discounts apply to all full-priced items and gift sets. Please note: gift cards, minis, and select bundles are excluded from the promotion.
Are the Booster serums included in the Mid Year sale?

No, discount codes cannot be used during the Mid Year sale period. All eligible items are already marked down.
How long will shipping take during the sale?

Orders placed during the sale will be shipped within 5-7 business days, depending on your location in New Zealand.
Can I return or exchange items bought during the sale?

We do not offer exchanges. For change-of-mind returns, you may request a gift voucher. Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods.
Are gift sets included in the discount?

Yes, gift sets are included in the up to 50% off offer, unless they are part of excluded bundles. Please check product pages for eligibility.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed during the Mid Year sale due to high order volumes. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Will items sell out quickly during the Mid Year sale?
