What payment options do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, QCard, UnionPay, JCB, Afterpay and PayPal.

 

Is it safe to shop online with Trilogy? Absolutely. Your security is our priority. We use DPS Hosted Payment Solution to process all orders in a real-time SSL-secured environment — so your payment information is always protected. For detailed information, see terms and legal.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@trilogyproducts.com if you need to make any changes. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee amendments once an order is being processed.

 

My tracking isn’t showing much movement — should I be worried? Not usually! Some international carriers update tracking infrequently. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 15 working days, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

 

Subscriptions

How does the Subscription program work? When you subscribe to auto-delivery, you save 15% on every shipment. You can choose your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions.

 

Can I change my subscription frequency? Yes — log into your account via email and edit your subscription settings at any time.

Products & Ingredients

Are Trilogy products tested on animals? No. Trilogy is a cruelty-free company, accredited by NATRUE.

 

Do any of your products contain palm oil? A few of our products contain ingredients derived from palm oil. We only source these from suppliers which hold RSPO Sustainable Palm Oil Certification.

 

Do you use preservatives in your products? Our products without water, such as oils and balms, are preservative free. All water-based skincare products require a preservative to protect against yeasts, moulds and bacteria. Trilogy only uses safe, NATRUE approved preservatives. This ensures the safety of our products for human health.

 

Can I use Trilogy products during pregnancy and while breastfeeding? Yes. The entire Trilogy range is suitable to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As always, we recommend patch testing before first use.

 

Are Trilogy products suitable for vegetarians and vegans? All our products are suitable for vegetarians. Some of our products contain manuka honey and beeswax.

 

What products help with Rosacea? Rosacea is a medical condition with different levels of severity. Our customers that suffer from it have found the Trilogy Sensitive range and Certified Organic Rosehip Oil to be great options in helping reduce redness, soothing and strengthening sensitive skin.

 

What perfumes and fragrances do you use in your products? We only use natural essential oil blends and extracts. No synthetic perfumes are used in Trilogy products.

 

Can I have an allergic reaction using Trilogy products? Yes, although it is rare. Allergies vary from person to person and can occur across a wide variety of different ingredients. We always recommend patch testing products before first use as a precautionary measure. If you think you have had a reaction to a Trilogy product, please discontinue using it and contact us for more information.

Do your products have an expiry date? All Trilogy products have a best before date of three years from manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within six months for best results. Store products away from direct sunlight in a cool, upright position.
